How does the process work to sell my house?

To start, simply call us or complete the Sell Your Home Fast Form.(javascript:void(0))  We can talk on the phone and ask you some very basic questions about the house, along with what your needs, timeframe, etc. are.  From there, our specialists can lookup any additional info needed on the property, neighborhood, taxes, schools, etc. We may be able to make you an offer to buy right over the phone, or in most cases we will schedule a time to view the property, with you, and then make an offer to buy the house as-is!  Simple and quick.

What sort of houses do you buy?

We buy houses in any condition and in any price range, along with any seller or bank situation. We always buy the house as-is, with no repairs needed by you, regardless of the condition.

Whether your house is in foreclosure, over-leveraged, condemned, has liens or health department violations, not maintained, fire damaged, or about to fall down, WE CAN BUY IT!

While we do often sell our own houses, EnTRUSST Properties is different in that we are a real estate investment company. We specialize in buying houses directly from sellers and realtors.  If you are looking to sell your house, our interest is in buying the home.  If after we talk, we determine that listing your property is your best solution, we will gladly recommend and connect you with a licensed agent.

What will your service cost me?

There is never a fee, commission, or consulting charge when we buy your property.   We only earn our income (and risk!) from renovating properties and/or holding rental properties.

Am I under any obligation to sell my home if I fill out your Property Information Form?

Accepted Answer

None at all. At no point is there any obligation to sell your home, until we both sign a purchase contract, just like if you were selling to another individual, or through a realtor.

If I know of another property your company may want to buy, do you pay a referral fee?"

Accepted Answer

We gladly pay referral fees. Maybe there is a vacant house on your street?  Or you know someone who needs and wants to sell their home?  Simply put us in contact with them and we will do all the research and make an offer. In some cases we will pay you up to $1,000 for a referral! Contact us directly to discuss the terms.

What if I am behind on my payments, in foreclosure or bankruptcy? Are you still able help?"

YES!  EnTRUSSt Properties can provide expert solutions and make up your back payments.  Many feel there is nothing they can do and walk away from foreclosure with nothing.
